Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels and coordinate the recruitment process. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and facilitate the selection process. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee relations issues through investigation and mediation. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management:
Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees. Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinate training programs. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to facilitate professional growth. Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries. Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate administration of employee benefits. Manage FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs in compliance with relevant regulations. HR Compliance:
Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements. Support audits and investigations as needed. Qualifications for HR Generalist:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3
years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR generalist functions. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
